Our ONLINE SERVICES changed on 14/01/19 

The new online service offers you the flexibility to book and cancel Doctor appointments and order repeat prescriptions via the internet.  Please ask at reception for a registration form or download the form here The previous My Surgery link within the repeat prescription page is no longer active and all medication requests can now be made via the New Online Service or at the Muirhead Medical Centre Reception.







Do It Online

We have an online service  This service allows you to book and cancel Doctor appointments and order repeat prescriptions via the internet.

For patient confidentiality and security reasons you must first register for this service with us in one of the following ways:

1.Pick up a Patient online services registration form from the surgery, complete and return it.

2. Download the registration form here complete and return it to the surgery.

Once we have accepted your registration request we will email you the information you require to complete the registration process online and create your patient account.(Please also check your junk folder for this email)

Once you have registered you will be able to book, view and cancel appointments online and order repeat prescriptions from any computer by going to the Appointments page or Prescriptions page on our website.

If you encounter any problems using Patient Online Services please go to the online help screen or Contact Website support in the first instance. These are found at the bottom left hand corner of each page on the Patient services website.

PLEASE NOTE- each family member requires an individual online login and password and hence a separate registration form must be completed.
