FLU VACCINE APPOINTMENTS  ARE NOW AVAILABLE TO BOOK - ADULT FLU CLINICS SATURDAY 13TH AND 27TH OCTOBER-  FOR INFORMATION AND AN APPOINTMENT PLEASE CONTACT RECEPTION

NEW-ONLINE SERVICES- We now have a new online service which offers you the flexibility to book and cancel Doctor appointments and order repeat prescriptions via the internet.  Please ask at reception for a registration form or download the form here
The existing My Surgery link within the repeat prescription page will
no longer be available as of Monday the 14th January 2019  and all medication requests after that date can  be made via the New Online Service or at the Muirhead Medical Centre Reception.

 

Appointments

All consultations are by appointment only.

Telephone 01382 580264 and ask for an appointment with the doctor or nurse. We expect to offer you an appointment within 24 hours. If you wish to see a particular doctor you may have to wait longer. URGENT REQUESTS WILL ALWAYS BE SEEN ON THE SAME DAY.

We now have an NEW ONLINE SERVICE www.patient-services.co.uk This service allows you to book and cancel Doctor appointments via the internet.

For patient confidentiality and security reasons you must first register for this service with us on one of the following ways:

1.Pick up a Patient online services registration form from the surgery, complete and return it.

2. Download the registration form here complete and return it to the surgery.

Please see our online services link for details of how to register.

We try our best to keep to allocated times please try to do the same and arrive on time. If you cannot keep your appointment, please let us know so that it can be used for someone else.

If you feel you need a longer appointment time please let the receptionist know. If you have not been to the surgery for three years (or one year for those over 75) you can request a check up appointment if you wish.

Telephone Consultations

If you need to speak to a doctor or nurse for advice over the telephone but the doctor is not immediately available, the receptionist will take your details and make arrangements for the doctor or nurse to return your call.
